About my first pet..........SAM

 

This is SAM (a rottweiller).one day i went to one off my friend's house and i saw a dog tied with a rope and was huge in size his jaws were so heavy literally i got in love with the breed and decided to buy one and started searching on the internet finally after few days i received a call from a broker that he had rott puppies i went there and bought a male of 18k...

This one is the first pic i took while coming back home me and my brother we both were so excited and it was instant love the very moment i looked into his watery eyes. It was my wedding anniversary that day and my family loves me so much that they accepted the puppy....

Everybody in the family loved sam he made my entire family laugh with his activities.I started to worry about my dog and feel very anxious if he ever remained out of my sight for long, i also started keeping a strict check on him in order to feed him at proper time and to take him to the vet and pet store for his medication and grooming.

All was going good but suddenly a video came of a Rottweiler that killed a man in panipat India and was too shocking for my family because we already have a rott puppy.

We started studying  about rottweiler behavior on the internet and as it is a large breed dog that cant be controlled if gone wrong so we all took many precautions to neutralize aggressive behavior of rottweiler what we did is loving him, never tied him, socializing him......and that worked....

What i feel is that its not the dog its the owner who makes it............the way u treat your dog he will become the same......My Sam who is four years now stops eating food when i leave home that is what is called love...........this is my short story on experiences of having a rottweiler.
